Setup questions

Dawson College ( educational institution ) is in the process of purchasing WatuPro and the extra intel and reporting modules for a new project requiring user testing.  ;)

We want to run different tests with different questions to staff, versus faculty versus managers.  How should the users be setup in wordpress to best handle that?
